Starship Featuring Mickey Thomas to Headline Wild Adventures LIVE! Passholder Concert June 13

VALDOSTA, Ga. — Wild Adventures Theme Park will continue its 2026 Wild Adventures LIVE! Concert Series on Saturday, June 13, with a performance by GRAMMY® Award-winning Rock band Starship featuring Mickey Thomas. This headlining performance is this year’s Passholder Appreciation Concert, where all Passholders receive free Reserved Seats to the show.

Mickey made his mark in 1976 as lead vocalist on the mega-hit “Fooled Around And Fell In Love” with The Elvin Bishop Band. In 1979, Mickey joined Jefferson Starship as the lead vocalist, after the departure of Grace Slick and Marty Balin, and recorded a string of hits including “Jane”, “No Way Out”, “Find Your Way Back”, “Stranger”, and “Layin’ It on the Line”. The group was renamed Starship in 1985 and went on to record three #1 hit songs including “We Built This City”, “Sara”, and “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now”, from the film, Mannequin, which also was an Academy Award nominee.

“Wild Adventures would not be celebrating 30 years without our dedicated Passholders,” said Asher Raymond, public relations specialist. “Delivering a high-energy concert is our way of saying thanks, and we can’t wait for Starship to take the stage.”

The concert will begin at 8 p.m. at the Wild Adventures LIVE! Amphitheater. Park admission or a Season Pass is required to attend. Season Passholders can receive up to two complimentary Reserved Seats, and they will be available for pickup at the Special Events building starting at 9 a.m while supplies last. Passholders may also be in the General Admission area and bring lawn chairs or blankets.

As an extra special thanks to Diamond Passholders, the Diamond Passholder Party will be held at Wanyama from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Diamond Passholders can enjoy a buffet of hot dogs, chips, cookies and Coca-Cola products and experience special animal encounters.

Guests may join the celebration and concert on the day of if they purchase a Season Pass. Season Passholders receive free General Concert Admission to every Wild Adventures LIVE! concert, and Gold and Diamond Passholders can also purchase reserved seats at a discount. Season Passes are currently on sale for as low as $12.09 a month.

The 2026 Wild Adventures LIVE! Concert Series will continue throughout the season with performances by Parmalee & LOCASH, Travis Tritt, The Beach Boys, Australian Pink Floyd, Skillet and for KING + COUNTRY.
