Have a safe and enjoyable experience while visiting Wild Adventures and remember the following:

  • DO NOT enter into any restricted areas including ride perimeters, animal enclosures and designated employee areas.
  • Enter the park through designated entrances during operating hours only.
  • Use designated walkways throughout the park. Do not cross any fences, chains, landscape areas or other barriers.
  • Be attentive to your surroundings. Watch where you are walking. Walk, don’t run.
  • Be sure to follow all rider requirements, including requirements for loose articles.


While you are with us, you are expected to comply with the following*:

  • Respect each other as well as our employees; verbal abuse of other guests or our employees will not be tolerated.
  • Refrain from fighting, horseplay, taunting or threatening remarks & gestures.
  • Do not create disruption with behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal.
  • Weapons are not allowed on the premises, including knives with blades longer than 3 1/2 inches.
  • Follow instructions from employees regarding operations and procedures.

Any Guest who fails to comply with the Terms of Sale, including without limitation those listed above, may at the discretion of Wild Adventures have their Ticket revoked or confiscated by Wild Adventures here with no refund of any amount paid therefor. Upon such revocation or confiscation, the applicable Guest and all members of their party shall have no right to remain in, on, or about the Property. Wild Adventures reserves the right to ban such individuals from future admission to all or any of its Properties or from participation in any Herschend Family Entertainment Activities.

Child admission is for ages 3-9 (Ages 2 and under is free) and Senior admission is for ages 55 and older.

Discount coupons are available on promotional products at various times throughout the year. Also, we post special admission offers on the Special Offers page, when available. Special corporate coupons may be available through your company's human resource department. If the department does not have them available, the HR Director can call Group Sales at (229) 219-7080.

No. Complimentary tickets cannot be upgraded to a next day admission or to a season pass.

In most cases, upgrade pricing is printed on your daily admission ticket. From time to time, we may also offer special upgrade promotions, which will be communicated inside the park. Any upgrades must be done on the same day of your visit, before you leave the park.

No, discounts and coupons cannot be combined.

A $15 replacement fee is charged to replace a lost Season Pass, Blazer Pass, and Pre-K Kid's Pass. Stolen season passes are replaced at no charge with a valid police report. In the event you have misplaced your season pass, Guest Services can validate your season pass and allow you entrance for that day.

No, Wild Adventures does not offer a family pass at this time.

No, we only accept credit cards from the person they are issued to. We do ask for photo ID at the time of presentation. We do not accept personal checks.

No, the entire party does not have to be present to purchase a season pass. Each person will have to be present when exchanging the vouchers in order to issue a photo ID.


Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover with a valid ID. Cards are subject to confirmation authorization of the person presenting it for use. Debit cards are accepted if they are backed by a major credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and with valid photo ID.

No, Wild Adventures does not accept personal checks.

Wild Adventures offers group, military, AAA, child and senior discounts, as well as various coupons throughout the year, but we do not offer a travel agent rate.

You can purchase admissions or season pass vouchers to give as gifts, but we do not have a park gift certificate.

Discounted Season Passes and daily admission tickets are available at many ITT Offices at military bases throughout our region. Please contact your local office for details.

Discounted admission for military members and their dependents is available for purchase on park.

General concert admission allows admittance into the the General Admission Area of the All-Star Amphitheater, a large open area behind the reserved seat area. Guests can stand, bring their own chairs or rent chairs to enjoy the concert in this area.

No. General Concert Admission is an additional cost and can be purchased separately.

Reserved seating is a section of covered seats directly in front of the stage that are available for concerts at an additional cost above park admission.

The concert venue is located inside the park and we do not offer “concert only” tickets. We encourage our guests to enjoy a full day at the park on concert days.


All efforts are made to ensure that the show will continue as long as it is safe for our guests and the performers. In the rare event that a show is cancelled, all efforts will be made to reschedule or offer refunds.

No, we do not allow exchanges. Every attempt is made, at the time of purchase, to provide you with the seat of your choice.

Wild Adventures does not sell backstage passes. Guests may win passes through promotions with select radio, TV or newspapers or occasional park social media giveaways.

No, we do not offer season reserved seats. Reserved seats must be purchased for each concert.

Still photography is allowed, but professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited. Video taping is strictly prohibited.

Yes, payment for seats is required at the time of reservation.

No, reserved seats do not include park admission. Park admission is an additional cost and must be purchased separately.

No, the season pass does not include reserved seating.

We have approximately 2,250 reserved seats under the pavilion.

Food And Drink

We allow 1 sealed bottle of water per person in the park. Water fountains are available around the park. Bottled water may be purchased at vending machines, food locations and most gift shops.

No hardsided and/or large coolers are allowed inside the park.

No outside food or drink may be brought into the park, aside from baby food. Restaurants and concessions are available throughout the park with a variety of food and beverage options. We understand that our guests may have special dietary needs based on health or religion and provide picnic tables in the parking lot area to accommodate those who wish to bring and enjoy their own meals.

No large coolers are allowed inside the park.

No, due to liability and fire issues, grills are not allowed.

All locations accept cash and most of our locations will accept credit cards or debit cards backed by a major credit card (Visa or MasterCard) with a valid photo ID. Checks are not accepted for food purchases.

Yes, we have a picnic area in front of the main entrance in a grassy, shaded area of the parking lot. However, it does not have a grill.

No, but you can visit any food or dining location to receive a free cup of ice water.

No. For the safety of our animals we do not provide plastic straws with beverage purchases. However, our souvenir cups come with a sturdy, reusable straw.

Several locations throughout the park offer vegetarian food items such as cheese pizza and salads.

You can expect to pay between $8-$12 per meal, including your drink.

Yes, however we reserve the right to search them prior to coming in the park.

Only Trained service animals, as currently defined under the ADA, are allowed on park. (Comfort, therapy and emotional support animals are not considered service animals.) The service animal must be under the owner’s control at all times, and remain on a leash, be in a harness, or be able to follow voice, signal or other effective control commands given by the owner. The owner is responsible for disposing of animal waste. Service animals are not permitted on rides, with the exception of the Safari Train, and must exit the loading area after the owner has boarded the attraction. Service animals are only allowed on the Safari Train when it is operating on the "short track" of the attraction. Team members may not take responsibility for or provide care to any service animal. Yes! You can bring your own stroller or wagon to the park.

Yes, as long as you have your hand stamped at the exit gate prior to exiting.

Yes, there are four locations: Adventure Emporium, the Arcade, Safari Outfitters, and Island Traders.

Yes. Lockers are available inside Discovery Outpost and at the entrance to Splash Island Waterpark. Locker rentals $18 - Large and $22 - Family Size.

Yes, we have single strollers for $12 and doubles for $14 plus tax. Rates are per day and taxable. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at Expedition Market at the front of the park.

Yes, we have manual wheelchairs for $20 and electric scooters with a sunshade for $75. Rates are per day and taxable. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at Expedition Market at the front of the park.

We do offer rain checks. Distribution is determined in a case by case basis. See Guest Services if you wish to inquire about a rain check.

Wild Adventures Splash Island is a family-friendly environment prioritizing guest and team member safety. As such, all guests must wear appropriate attire when enjoying pools, rides, and attractions.

In addition to all posted rider safety requirements, all waterpark guests must follow the dress code below. 

Not Permitted:

  • Swimwear with buckles, sharp objects, or protruding metal (e.g., buttons, zippers, rivets).
  • Any form of corduroy or denim clothing or swimwear.
  • Cotton shirts on all body slides (i.e., where the rider’s upper body comes in direct contact with the slide)
  • Body piercings that may come in direct contact with the slides.
  • Clothing and swimwear with obscene or explicit language or graphics.
  • Transparent or revealing clothing and swimwear that park personnel deems inappropriate for our family environment.


For your safety, all swim shirts (such as rash guards) and religious headwear must be tight-fitting.

Wild Adventures Splash Island reserves the right to require additional or different attire when and where deemed appropriate and refuse admission or attraction participation to anyone not properly attired. Refusal to comply with the dress code or posted rider safety requirements may result in ejection from the property.

Yes. There are dress codes for both Wild Adventures and Splash Island. They can be viewed on our Park Policy page.

Depending on the severity of the weather, rides will be shut down accordingly and reopened as soon as safely possible. Rain shelter can be found inside our restaurants and shops and under our picnic tents.

Yes, we offer kennels free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The kennels come in all sizes and are air conditioned but not staffed. To use our kennels, you will need to check in your pet at our Guest Services office, and bring a lock. If you do not have a lock of your own, we will provide you with one for a $5 refundable deposit.

You are expected to provide your own food, bowls, toys, etc for your pet, and to clean up after them. You are responsible for walking, feeding, and checking in on them, which you can do so at any time.


No, outside food is not allowed in the park. However, we have a picnic area available for use in the parking lot. No open fires or grilling will be permitted.

Cars, vans or trucks must pay for parking. School and charter buses with 30 or more seats are free.

Yes, we have meal money available for groups of 15 or more. These can be purchased in conjunction with group rate tickets, but they must be reserved 3 days in advance.
