Bonuses and Policies

Bonuses

  • Complimentary park admission for your group's bus driver, with proper ID. One per bus. Van drivers do not qualify.
  • Complimentary bus parking for your school's bus. Vans and cars do not apply.

Group Visit Policies

Please review the following policies before booking your group visit:
Advance Purchase & Group Eligibility
  • Group tickets must be purchased at least 72 hours before your visit to receive advance group pricing. Purchases made less than 72 hours before your visit will be charged the walk-up rate.
  • Group pricing is available only for organized groups of 15 or more attending together on the same date.
Payment & Tax Exemption
  • Payment must be made in one transaction. Individual payments are not accepted.
  • If paying on the day of your visit, please arrive early and bring payment to the Guest Services building. Payments not made in advance may delay your group’s entry into the park.
  • Group tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
  • Each admission is taxable unless the transaction is specifically exempt. The Georgia sales tax rate is 8% and may change under Georgia law.
  • To qualify for tax exemption, a copy of your ST-5 must be provided. The total must be paid by organizational check or organizational credit card only. Accepted payment types include debit card, credit card and organizational checks. Personal checks and cash are not accepted.
  • Georgia law allows Wild Adventures to accept tax exemptions only from schools, churches and organizations located in the state of Georgia.
Parking & Bus Driver Admission
  • Free bus parking is available.
  • One complimentary admission is available for each bus driver with a valid ID. Limit one per bus. Van drivers do not qualify.
  • Parking for cars, trucks and vans is $18 each.
Food, Add-Ons & Event Spaces
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for approved medical or dietary needs.
  • Add-ons, catering options and private event spaces are subject to availability and may require advance reservation.
Supervision & Chaperones
  • Groups are responsible for supervising all minors and students during their visit.
  • Chaperones may be required for school and youth groups based on age or group size.
Park Operations & Availability
  • Prices, operating schedules and attraction availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Some rides, attractions and experiences may be unavailable due to weather, maintenance or other operational conditions.
  • Wild Adventures reserves the right to deny group admission or pricing eligibility if group policies are not followed.
