2023 Labor Day Weekend / Hurricane Idalia Recovery

Wild Adventures and Splash Island Waterpark will be OPEN on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 4 with adjusted hours:

Wild Adventures Theme Park: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Splash Island Waterpark: 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Yes. Guests can receive 50% off single-day admission with the donation of at least $10 worth of non-perishable food donations for Second Harvest of South Georgia. Offer is valid for up to (6) guests per donation. Examples of non-perishable food donations include:

Food donations will be collected in the main courtyard where tickets are purchased. Look for signage that will point you in the right direction.

Yes. Active, retired and all who served, plus first responders receive free admission on Labor Day, Sept. 4, with military ID or DD-214 form. 

 

We understand that it may be difficult for those individuals to take advantage of this offer as they continue Hurricane Idalia recovery efforts, and we will be announcing an additional free admission day for first responders, military and utility service personnel later this Season.

Wild Adventures recognizes first responders as defined by the online support organization ID.me, and those professions include those listed below as well as service utility personnel.

Some attractions and areas will be unavailable, including but not limited to: Alapaha Trail, Safari Train, Wahee Cyclone, and Tiger Tales.

Yes. Your rentals are ready.

Unfortunately, no. Discovery Tours have been canceled for Sept. 4. You will be contacted over the next week to issue a refund.

No. We will be moving the Gold & Diamond Passholder Early Access Day scheduled for Sept. 4 to another day this Season. We will provide an update as soon as it is available.

No. As previously scheduled, Wild Adventures will be closed the next two weekends in preparation for the return of Great Pumpkin LumiNights, which begins Sept. 22. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we experienced unexpected closures Labor Day Weekend due to recovery efforts following Hurricane Idalia.

Ticketing Questions

Check the validity date of your tickets. If your tickets expire 12/31/23, they are valid for admission through the remainder of the Season and are non-refundable. If you have additional questions about your purchase, reach out to our Guest Service team at WildAdventures.com/Contact-Us.

“Next Day Free” refers to the next operational day following your initial visit. However, given recent events, your “Next Day Free” will be extended for use through Sunday, Sept. 24. Visit Guest Services during your visit to exchange your ticket. If you have additional questions about your purchase, reach out to our Guest Service team at WildAdventures.com/Contact-Us.

Wild Adventures will be open on Monday, Sept. 4. Admission ticket purchases are non-refundable. If you have additional questions about your purchase, reach out to our Guest Service team at WildAdventures.com/Contact-Us.

Yes. Bring-A-Friend Tickets that expire 9/4/23 will be extended through 10/29/23. This extension does not apply to Bring-A-Friend tickets that expired earlier in the Season. To receive this extension, you must exchange your Bring-A-Friend tickets at Guest Services.

Yes. Complimentary ticket vouchers with the expiration date of 9/4/23 will be extended to 12/31/23. This extension does not apply to vouchers with any other expiration date. To receive your extension, please bring your complimentary ticket voucher to Guest Services when you visit.

Yes. Rain Check ticket vouchers with the expiration date of 9/4/23 will be extended to 12/31/23. This extension does not apply to tickets with any other expiration date. To receive your extension, please bring your Rain Check ticket to Guest Services when you visit.
