VALDOSTA, Ga.Wild Adventures Theme Park in Valdosta, Ga., will be celebrating Independence Day with the Celebrate America Fireworks Spectacular. The fireworks take place during the park’s Celebrate America Festival powered by Georgia Power, a patriotic three-week event honoring 250 years of America, military service and bringing families together through fireworks, summertime thrills and gallons of waterpark fun.

The Celebrate America Fireworks Spectacular will light up the sky at 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 4. Choreographed to a patriotic musical soundtrack, the show is designed to honor America’s history and those who serve. The show is included with park admission.

“We are so excited to invite guests to celebrate America 250 with us,” said Asher Raymond, public relations specialist. “Our Celebrate America Festival is even more special this year. In honor of the anniversary and founding of our country, we decided to make this year’s festival three weeks long, providing an extra week of patriotic fun for all.

Guests can view the Celebrate America Fireworks Spectacular from the new Water’s Edge area, which introduced two new family rides, new culinary offerings and stage for local entertainment and shows.

In partnership with Georgia Power, all active duty, retired, disabled, and honorably discharged veterans receive free admission every day of the Celebrate America Festival, from June 20 through July 12, with a valid military ID or DD Form 214. This offer is available at the park entrance and requires no advance registration.
