SGMC Family Fun Day

We are so excited to have you with us! SGMC will be providing a buffet on both days from 12PM - 1PM at Backstage Catering for all attendants.
This form is for SGMC families only. All healthcare workers will be able to receive their free admission at the designated tent on the day of your visit.
If you wish to have your tickets mailed to you, please finalize your purchase by Monday, March 13. Any tickets purchased after that date will be available for pickup at Group Sales.
