Wild Adventures Launches Brand-New Summer Splash Days Event

VALDOSTA, Ga. — Wild Adventures Theme Park is helping families make the most of the final weeks of summer with the launch of its all-new event series, Summer Splash Days. Beginning on Aug. 10, families are encouraged to visit as they enjoy the final days of Splash Island Waterpark in 2026, discounted admission, meet and greets with Daniel Tiger, star of the beloved PBS KIDS series Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, and added value for both guests and Season Passholders. 

Running Aug. 10 through Sept. 7, Summer Splash Days offers guests tickets starting at just $37.99 plus tax, a savings of up to $22 off regular admission.

"Whether you're floating America's Best Lazy River, meeting Daniel Tiger from PBS Kids or taking advantage of one of our passholder appreciation offers, there are plenty of reasons to visit before Splash Island closes for the year." 

Guests can cool off at Splash Island Waterpark, home to Paradise River, recently named America's Best Lazy River by USA Today 10Best Readers' Choice Awards. 

Families can meet and greet with Daniel Tiger at The Clubhouse on weekends in August beginning Aug. 15. Guests can enjoy hugs, songs, dancing, playful interactions, and a memorable family photo during the limited-time experience, which is included with park admission and Season Passes. 

The event will also feature Bring-A-Friend Weekends for Gold and Diamond Season Passholders. From Aug. 15 through Sept. 7, eligible Passholders can bring one friend free with each visit, providing an opportunity to share the Wild Adventures experience with family and friends. 

Summer Splash Days concludes with Heroes Appreciation Weekend Sept. 5-7. During the three-day event, military members, first responders, healthcare workers and teachers will receive free admission with proof of employment or service. 

In addition to Splash Island, guests can enjoy more than 35 rides and attractions and hundreds of animals from around the world.

Summer Splash Days runs Aug. 10 through Sept. 7. Tickets starting at $37.99 are available online, while Heroes Appreciation Weekend admission is available on-park Sept. 5-7.
