Wild Adventures’ business is seasonal, which means that our operating schedule fluctuates depending upon the time of the year. For much of the year, our park is open a few days per week. Our operating schedule is extended during late spring and the summer period to 7 days per week.

This question should be clarified during your interview process. Work shifts vary by position, but usually are between 6 and 10 hours in length.

Possibly. Some of our seasonal jobs are for specific time periods. However, most of our seasonal positions work the majority of the year. Please refer to the job description listed to find the length of commitment for the position you are applying for.

For most positions that have contact with our guests, we will provide you with uniforms appropriate to the area for which you are hired. Employees must provide their own footwear and pants/shorts which must comply with uniform standards for their position and property.

Most departments require that you be at least 16 years of age. However, during select times of the year, we have positions open to 15-year-olds. Age requirements will be listed in the job descriptions.

No, you do not need a resume to apply. When you find a position that you would like to apply for, select it and scroll down. Select the “New Resume/CV” button. You will be prompted to enter all of your personal application information from there. We ask that you list at least your last three employers, if applicable, on the online application.

Yes, but it is not recommended. We recommend that you choose the job title that is closest to your first choice. If you are not selected for that position or it becomes unavailable, you are welcome to apply for another position that best fits your second choice. Please know that we will only be able to process one request at a time.

It is our goal to contact you as soon as we can, but the application process varies and can take up to a week for initial contact.

Yes. After you apply online, a confirmation acknowledgement will be emailed to you. Make sure to check your junk email folder if you do not see it.

Interview Process

Business attire is highly recommended.

It is most common to expect one preliminary interview and possibly one interview with a hiring manager per position. All leadership and specialized positions may require more interviews.

Interviews usually take place in person with a member of the Human Resources Team or the department that you are applying to. Factors such as distance and availability may allow for a virtual interview through Skype, Facetime, or phone.

Interview feedback does vary depending upon how many interviews are lined up for the hiring manager. We may communicate our decision that day. If you are not given an answer that day, you will receive a phone call or email from us informing you of your interview status.
