Wild Adventures Celebrate America Event Returns

VALDOSTA, Ga. – Wild Adventures Theme Park and Splash Island Waterpark will see the return of Celebrate America starting Saturday, June 21, a special event packed with fireworks, live entertainment, free admission for military and a special flash sale. This event will run until July 6.

Celebrate America will have a 4^th of July Fireworks Spectacular at 9 p.m. on Friday, July 4, and Saturday, July 5. Guests are encouraged to gather around the lake at Water’s Edge, the park’s vibrant new themed area, for the best view of the dazzling display set to music.

Wild Adventures will welcome the Harlem Globetrotters yet again from Friday, June 27, through Sunday, June 29. Guests will be able to see Moose, Ace, and Wham as they show their impressive skills in the Harlem Globetrotters: Trick Shots & Challenges. Guests can arrive to the show early to see the exclusive Magic Pass, where guests can try out their own skills and meet fan-favorite mascot Globie.

This event also features a 4^th of July Picnic on Friday, July 4, that features classic cook-out essentials. The 4^th of July Picnic is just $12.99 with a Season Pass, $14.99 for daily tickets and Summer Wild Card holders, and $10.99 for children ages 9 and under or free for children ages 3 and under.

Guests will also have the chance to explore Water’s Edge, the park’s newly opened area designed to feel like a festive, tropical village by the water. Water’s Edge features three new rides: the soaring Wing Swinger, the spinning Boat Parade, and the 68-foot-tall Horizon Wheel, offering sweeping views of the park. The area also includes shaded comfort zones, vibrant décor, a new reptile house and a brand-new stage for live entertainment.

In honor of those who serve, Wild Adventures will be offering any active, retired, disabled and honorably discharged veterans free admission June 21 through July 6, and any guests of military will receive $10 off admission tickets. Valid military ID or DD Form 214 is required.

Celebrate America introduces a flash sale that will run from June 21 until June 29 where guests can purchase single day admission tickets for just $35.99.

To make the most of everything the park has to offer, guests are encouraged to purchase a Season Pass. Season Passholders can enjoy unlimited visits during Celebrate America, all summer long, and return for Great Pumpkin LumiNights and Wild Adventures Christmas—all for one low price.
