Starting September 19, Wild Adventures will only accept card and mobile payments for all purchases in the park, including food, beverages, retail, games, and parking.

Yes, but not directly at points of sale or at the parking lot toll booths. Guests can exchange cash for a prepaid card at Cash-to-Card kiosks located in the Ticketing Courtyard and at select locations throughout the park.

No. There are no transaction fees to load cash onto a card. Guests can load up to $500 per card.

Yes. The card is a prepaid Visa card and can be used anywhere Visa is accepted, both inside and outside the park.

The card will keep its remaining balance and can be used anywhere Visa is accepted after your visit. Cash back is not available. If the card is not used for 92 consecutive days, a monthly fee of $3.95 will be charged by the card management company. 

No. Cards cannot be reloaded, but guests can get another card at no cost if needed.

No. Kiosks only accept cash bills.

You will need a credit card, debit card, or mobile payment method to make purchases. Without one of these payment methods or a prepaid card, you will be unable to complete a transaction in the park.

Yes. Parking toll booths will only accept card and mobile payments starting September 19, 2025. You can either purchase parking online before you visit or pay at the toll booth using a card or mobile payment.

No. All purchases must be made with card, mobile payment, or a prepaid card from the kiosk.

Guests with Adventures Bucks can still redeem them for purchases at retail, games, and food locations.
