Welcome Clover!

Our Gemsbok family has grown with the birth of baby Clover! Born on May 10, Clover has been enjoying her time at Wild Adventures, with her parents Betty and Danny.

Fun Fact! Gemsbok calves are born with horns and a light fawn color as a way to help them blend into the environment.

Wave Hello to Dennis!

Another Red Ruffed Lemur has joined us at Wild Adventures: Dennis! Born on May 3, Dennis is becoming a social butterfly with his fellow lemurs. “Baby Dennis is growing quickly and developmentally on track,” said Kelly Cooley, primate keeper at Wild Adventures. “You can find him climbing, jumping, and being very social with the troop.”

Fun Fact! Red Ruffed Lemurs are a critically endangered species. Dennis is the fifth successful Red Ruffed Lemur born in the park.

Hey Hey! It's Payday!

Introducing our baby Zebra: Payday! Born on May 24 , Payday is excited to be at Wild Adventures with his parents Brandy and George.

Fun Fact! Zebras are born with a fluffy brown coat which they will shed over the course of their first year.

“The new babies have definitely added an extra spark of joy to our days,” said Kristen Jenkins, head zookeeper and supervisor.
