Start Your Day Off the Right Way with Delicious Food, Festive Fun, and One-On-One Time with the Jolly Elf Himself.
Know Before You Go
Brunch with Santa is one of those attractions that once you experience it for the first time, you’ll never be able to start your day during Wild Adventures Christmas Wild & Bright without it. For those trying to learn more about this event, what all is included, and if it’s worth all the hype, (spoiler alert… it is), this is your comprehensive planning guide to the BEST event of the holiday season at Wild Adventures.
Brunch with Santa includes a hot, all-you-can-eat feast, fun antics and performances from Santa’s Helpers, one-on-one time with the man in red, and a Christmas card-worthy photo of the experience.
This event ONLY takes place on November 29 and December 6, 13, and 20 - 23, and spots go fast. It’s important to note that tickets are only available for purchase online up to 24 hours before each event. You cannot purchase tickets for this event on the day of your visit.
The runtime of this event is 11 AM to 12:30 PM although it may run over that allotted time should guests arrive late.
Please Note: Although the event begins before Wild Adventures opens, rides and attractions are not available until 12PM.
"Ho ho ho! Your brunch with me, Santa Claus, begins at 11AM, so you'll want to tell your parents to get to Wild Adventures around 10:30 to make sure you get enough time to eat your favorite brunch foods and write all the things on your Christmas wishlist!"
After arriving, if anyone in your party needs a wheelchair or electric scooter this is the time to grab one from Expedition Market. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and rates are per day.
Once you’re inside the park, you have to make your way over to Santa’s Outpost for the event. Santa’s Outpost is normally known as Wanyama Observation Deck during the regular season, and is located between Geronimo and Pharaoh's Fury. This is about a 10-minute walk from the turnstiles which is another reason why we recommend arriving early.
If you have never been to Santa’s Outpost before, there will be directional signage available to guide you to the location, or you can download the Wild Adventures official app to have a map at your fingertips.
Upon arriving at Santa’s Outpost, you will be greeted at the archway by one of our hosts. They can assist you with finding your reservations, and instructing you on what table you and your party will be stationed at.
After receiving your table instructions, you may find your seats and head over to the brunch table! It’s worth mentioning that Santa’s Outpost’s closest restrooms are located by the lion habitat which is a short walk away from brunch. We recommend taking your bathroom breaks before 11:30 AM as the show kicks off shortly after.
The Brunch is all-you-can-eat and there’s something for everyone to enjoy! The buffet begins at 11 AM sharp, and you can expect to see these holiday treats on the menu:
Pancakes
Scrambled Eggs
Breakfast Potatoes
Biscuits & Gravy
Ham
Bacon
Sausage
Fruit
Cereal Station
Drinks: hot chocolate, coffee, juices, milk
Please Note: This event does NOT include alcohol.
As guests start to arrive, find their seats, prepare their plates, and enjoy their meals, families can take part in a variety of activities with their kids before the show begins. These can include writing letters to Santa and dropping them off in the official Santa Mailbox, or taking their time coloring in one of our Wild Adventures coloring sheets.
We want to make sure everyone has time to enjoy their meals, however you can expect Santa’s Helpers to make their first appearance around 11:40 AM. They will put on a little show and interact with children and families, before transitioning to a story time segment.
The performance and story time segment should only last about 15 minutes, before they announce Santa and Mrs. Claus’s arrival.
When entering the overlook area where everyone is dining, it’s important to remember that everyone will get the opportunity to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus. The children attending might be tempted to run up Santa, but please remind them that everyone will get their turn and to be patient.
After their entrance, the host will start making photo calls!
NOTE: When it’s time for photos, your party will be called in the order you arrived for brunch. For example, if you arrived first and are seated at Table 5, then your table will be called first to meet and have your photos taken with Santa. Just another great reason to arrive early!
Every Brunch with Santa party will receive a complimentary (1) 5X7 photo per child, but additional photos and frames are available at the photography station for an extra charge.
For those who are ready to start their day in the park, and wish to pick up your photos later, you will be able to do so, just let one of Santa’s Helpers know and they can provide you with instructions.
After photos are done, the park should be open and you get to spend the day experiencing the joy of Wild Adventures Christmas Wild and Bright.
