Know Before You Go
Starting Friday September 19, 2025, Wild Adventures will only accept card and mobile payments for all purchases in the park, including food, beverages, retail, games, and parking. Credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment services such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
While cash is not accepted directly at point of sales or parking toll booths, you can still use it by exchanging it for a prepaid Visa card at one of our convenient Cash-to-Card Kiosks. These kiosks are located at:
- The Ticketing Courtyard before the park entrance
- Adventure Emporium
- Adventure Arcade
- Island Traders
There is no fee to use the Cash-to-Card Kiosk, and guests can put up to $500 per card. Please note that the Cash-to-Card Kiosk accepts bills only, coins are not accepted.
The card you receive from a Cash-to-Card Kiosk is a prepaid Visa card and can be used anywhere Visa is accepted, both inside and outside the park. The card will keep its remaining balance and can be used anywhere Visa is accepted after your visit. Cash back is not available. If the card is not used for 92 consecutive days, a monthly fee of $3.95 will be charged by the card management company. Cards cannot be reloaded, but guests can get another card at no cost if needed.
You will need a credit card, debit card, or mobile payment method to make purchases. Without one of these payment methods or a prepaid card, you will not be able to complete transactions in the park.
Cashless payments will apply to parking toll booths as well. Guests may purchase parking online before visiting or pay at the toll booth with a card or mobile payment.
