To our Passholders, Guests, and the Communities we Serve,
As we head into the 2026 season, I want to introduce myself and share what you can expect from Wild Adventures this year.

My name is Donald Spiller, and I’m proud to step into the role of vice president and general manager of Wild Adventures Theme Park. Wild Adventures has meant something special to families in this region for 30 years. My job is simple: protect what makes this park great and make it even better. Over the past several months, I’ve spent time getting to know the park, working with our hosts, and listening closely to guest feedback. Based on those experiences, I want to share what my focus is for 2026.
More Rides Running, More Often
We know a Wild Adventures visit starts with rides you can count on. That’s why we’ve increased our maintenance staffing and strengthened response times across the park to reduce unexpected downtime. I’m thrilled to share with you all that Island Falls, one of our most popular rides, will fully return this season with increased capacity, allowing us to get you on more rides, faster. This off season, we’ve also added a new locomotive to the Safari Train, which means less time waiting in line to hop on board during your next visit. We are also working on similar adjustments to rides across the park. Our goal is straightforward: fewer interruptions and more time enjoying the attractions you came here to ride.
Faster, Easier Food Experience
We are making food a more enjoyable part of your Wild Adventures experience. Prior to opening day, we’ve redesigned queue and pick-up areas at Safari Burger, Pounce’s Pizza, Sugar Shack, and Surfside Café to improve traffic flow and reduce wait times, and we've streamlined menus across these locations to make ordering quicker. Behind the scenes, we’ve added additional support from our leadership team and adjusted staffing to keep service moving during peak periods. This will put time back in your day to experience more fun at the park.
Friendlier, More FUN Hosts
The heart of Wild Adventures has always been our people. This year, we’ve increased overall staffing and expanded leadership presence throughout the park. All leaders are completing structured training focused on guest engagement and what we call Heartspitality. We’ve also invested in our hosts’ experience, including improvements to break areas and support systems, because when our team feels valued, our guests do too.
And through it all, one thing remains true:
No One Funs Like Us.
That’s not a slogan. It’s a standard, and it’s who we’ve always been. It’s rides, slides, animals, concerts, and simple moments that bring families together. It’s a host team that cares about your experience from the parking lot to the last ride of the night.
This is an exciting year for Wild Adventures. We’re celebrating 30 years, enjoying a full season of the all-new Water’s Edge, expanding with new animal experiences, and continuing to invest across the park. I’m proud of the direction we’re heading, and I’m confident you’ll see and feel the progress.
Thank you for being part of our story. I look forward to seeing you when we open on March 14 and throughout the season.
Sincerely,
Donald Spiller
Vice President and General Manager
