Have a safe and enjoyable experience while visiting Wild Adventures and remember the following:

  • DO NOT enter into any restricted areas including ride perimeters, animal enclosures and designated employee areas.
  • Enter the park through designated entrances during operating hours only.
  • Use designated walkways throughout the park. Do not cross any fences, chains, landscape areas or other barriers.
  • Be attentive to your surroundings. Watch where you are walking. Walk, don’t run.
  • Be sure to follow all rider requirements, including requirements for loose articles.

 

Ticketing

Visit our Buy Tickets section for admission prices.
Child admission is for ages 3-9 (Ages 2 and under is free) and Senior admission is for ages 55 and older.
Discount coupons are available on promotional products at various times throughout the year. Also, we post special admission offers on the Special Offers page, when available. Special corporate coupons may be available through your company's human resource department. If the department does not have them available, the HR Director can call Group Sales at (229) 219-7080.
No. Complimentary tickets cannot be upgraded to a next day admission or to a season pass.
In most cases, upgrade pricing is printed on your daily admission ticket. From time to time, we may also offer special upgrade promotions, which will be communicated inside the park. Any upgrades must be done on the same day of your visit, before you leave the park.

General park admission (includes regular, child or senior full price admission) is valid for two consecutive days. The next day admission MUST be used on the next, consecutive operating day ONLY. The holder of the original ticket must keep the ticket and present it on the next operating day to gain admission.
Splash Island Waterpark is included in park admission and the next consecutive day free visit.

A $15 replacement fee is charged to replace a lost Season Pass, Blazer Pass, and Pre-K Kid's Pass. Stolen season passes are replaced at no charge with a valid police report. In the event you have misplaced your season pass, Guest Services can validate your season pass and allow you entrance for that day.
Yes, you can upgrade an unused 2019 Season Pass to a 2020 Season Pass for a fee: $30 plus tax.
No, Wild Adventures does not offer a family pass at this time.
Season passes can be renewed online or in person. If you renew online, you'll be prompted to enter your pass number and zip code. Your current pass is then renewed - no need to make a new pass!
No, we only accept credit cards from the person they are issued to. We do ask for photo ID at the time of presentation. We do not accept personal checks.
No, the entire party does not have to be present to purchase a season pass. Each person will have to be present when exchanging the vouchers in order to issue a photo ID.
No, Wild Adventures does not offer a twilight admission at this time. However, Wild Adventures may offer a special admission deal or package during Splash Island Nights in June and July. Check our Special Offers page during that time for available deals.
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover with a valid ID. Cards are subject to confirmation authorization of the person presenting it for use. Debit cards are accepted if they are backed by a major credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and with valid photo ID.
No, Wild Adventures does not accept personal checks.
Wild Adventures offers group, military, AAA, child and senior discounts, as well as various coupons throughout the year, but we do not offer a travel agent rate.
You can purchase admissions or season pass vouchers to give as gifts, but we do not have a park gift certificate.
We offer a child admission ticket for $44.99 plus tax for ages 3-9. This rate includes the next consecutive day free. Children 2 and under are free.
We're sorry but Wild Adventures does not offer a handicap admission rate. Those not able to partake in our rides are invited to enjoy our numerous shows, concerts, animal exhibits and the Safari Train.
Yes, we offer a $5 off adult general admission (which includes the next consecutive day free) or $10 off adult single-day admission at the gate with a valid military ID or DD 214. Many bases in our region also sell discounted tickets through their ITT offices. Click here for more details.
Discount tickets are available at AAA offices, however, we do not offer AAA discounts at the front gate.
We offer a Senior rate of $44.99 plus tax for ages 55 and over. This rate includes the next consecutive day free admission.

It depends on the discount ticket you purchase. If you purchase a discount one-day ticket, it is only good for a single day. If you purchase the discount general admission, it includes the next consecutive day free. Please inquire at your local AAA or military office before purchasing.

Yes, when the park is closed, our Group Sales Team Members can sell tickets or season passes Monday - Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. They are located at the front of the park in the main courtyard. You may also visit the Buy Tickets section of our website to purchase your admission online.

Concerts

Reserved seating is a section of covered seats directly in front of the stage that are available for concerts at an additional cost above park admission.
Concerts are included in park admission and you are encouraged to bring lawn chairs to set up and watch the show. Reserved concert seats are available for an additional cost to park admission for guests who wish to sit closer.
Reserved seats typically go on sale the Monday after the concert lineup announcement and are available for purchase online, by phone and at the park. They are $5 for Gold Passholders with advance purchase, $10 for all other guests with advance purchase and $15 the day of if available. No, as concerts are included in park admission. The concert venue is located inside the park and we do not offer “concert only” tickets. We encourage our guests to enjoy a full day at the park on concert days.
All efforts are made to ensure that the show will continue as long as it is safe for our guests and the performers. In the rare event that a show is cancelled, all efforts will be made to reschedule or offer refunds.
No, we do not allow exchanges. Every attempt is made, at the time of purchase, to provide you with the seat of your choice.
Wild Adventures does not sell backstage passes. Guests may win passes through promotions with select radio, TV or newspapers or occasional park social media giveaways.
No, we do not offer season reserved seats. Reserved seats must be purchased for each concert.
Still photography is allowed, but professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited. Video taping is strictly prohibited.
Yes, payment for seats is required at the time of reservation.

We have approximately 2,250 reserved seats under the pavilion.

Food And Drink

We allow 1 sealed bottle of water per person in the park. Water fountains are available around the park. Bottled water may be purchased at vending machines, food locations and most gift shops.

No hardsided and/or large coolers are allowed inside the park.
No outside food or drink may be brought into the park, aside from baby food. Restaurants and concessions are available throughout the park with a variety of food and beverage options. We understand that our guests may have special dietary needs based on health or religion and provide picnic tables in the parking lot area to accommodate those who wish to bring and enjoy their own meals.

No large coolers are allowed inside the park.
No, due to liability and fire issues, grills are not allowed.
All locations accept cash and most of our locations will accept credit cards or debit cards backed by a major credit card (Visa or MasterCard) with a valid photo ID. Checks are not accepted for food purchases.
Yes, we have a picnic area in front of the main entrance in a grassy, shaded area of the parking lot. However, it does not have a grill.
No, but you can visit any food or dining location to receive a free cup of ice water.
No. For the safety of our animals we do not provide plastic straws with beverage purchases. However, our souvenir cups come with a sturdy, reusable straw.
Several locations throughout the park offer vegetarian food items such as cheese pizza and salads.
Alcohol is not served or permitted at Wild Adventures.
You can expect to pay between $8-$12 per meal, including your drink.

General

Yes, however we reserve the right to search them prior to coming in the park.
Only certified service animals are allowed in the park. Kennels are available in the ticket courtyard free of charge.
  • Guests must provide their own food, toys, etc. and check in with Guest Services before using. 
  • Guest services will provide a lock or guests can bring their own. 
  • Guests can check on their pets and/or walk them at any time outside the main entrance and are expected to clean up after them.
Yes, as long as you have your hand stamped at the exit gate prior to exiting.
No, we do not feature any lodging options on park property but we do partner with several hotels in the area who often offer special admission/lodging packages for Wild Adventures guests. Please visit our Places to Stay page for more details.
Yes, there are four locations: Adventure Emporium, the Arcade, Safari Outfitters, and Island Traders.
Yes, we have lockers in three locations inside the park and in Splash Island. Lockers inside the park are $1.50 per key turn. Lockers in Splash Island are by the day at the rate of $11 for a small locker, $14 for a large locker and $17 for a family locker.
Yes, we have single strollers for $12 and doubles for $14 plus tax. Rates are per day and taxable. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at Fun @ Heart at the front of the park.
Yes, we have manual wheelchairs for $10 and electric scooters with a sunshade for $50. Rates are per day and taxable. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at Fun @ Heart at the front of the park.

We do offer rain checks contingent upon weather for the remainder of the day. This is evaluated on a case to case basis. Also, we do have a next consecutive day free with most types of daily admissions. The next consecutive day free is not available with complimentary or school group tickets. See Guest Services if you wish to inquire about a rain check.
Normal street attire and bathings suits are OK for general park water rides as long as you have on shoes- you will get wet. However, bathing suits must be covered when walking to and from general park water rides. Proper bathing suits must be worn to enjoy Splash Island attractions.
Yes. There are dress codes for both Wild Adventures and Splash Island. They can be viewed on our Park Policy page.
Depending on the severity of the weather, rides will be shut down accordingly and reopened as soon as safely possible. Rain shelter can be found inside our restaurants and shops and under our picnic tents.

Groups

No, outside food is not allowed in the park. However, we have a picnic area available for use in the parking lot. No open fires or grilling will be permitted.

Cars, vans or trucks must pay for parking. School and charter buses with 30 or more seats are free.
Yes, we have meal money available for groups of 15 or more. These can be purchased in conjunction with group rate tickets, but they must be reserved 3 days in advance.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and organizational checks. No personal checks are accepted. Payment must be in one transaction for all the tickets; multiple individual payments are limited as we can make up to 3 split payments.

Parking

Yes. You can park the truck, but on busy days we may not have room for the trailer.
Yes, parking is $12 per car, truck, or van and $14 per RV. Purchase a Gold Season Pass and parking is free.
Yes. Parking is free for charter buses and school buses with 30 or more seats.
No, Wild Adventures does not have RV hook-ups.
