What are the ages for the Child/Senior admission?

Child admission is for ages 3-9 (Age 2 and under is free) and Senior admission is for ages 55 and older.

Where can I get a discount coupon to the park?

Discount coupons are available on promotional products at various times throughout the year. Call (229) 219-7080 option 2 for availability. Also, we post special admission offers on the Special Offers page, when available. Special corporate coupons may be available through your company's human resource department.  If the department does not have them available, the HR Director can call Group Sales at (229) 219-7144.

Can I upgrade complimentary tickets?

No. Complimentary tickets cannot be upgraded to a second day or to a season pass. 

Can I upgrade my general admission to a season pass?

In most cases, upgrade pricing is printed on your daily admission ticket. From time to time, we may also offer special upgrade promotions, which will be communicated inside the park. Any upgrades must be done on the same day of your visit, before you leave the park.

Can I upgrade my second day free ticket to a season pass?

Yes.  In most cases, upgrade pricing is printed on your daily admission ticket. From time to time, we may also offer special upgrade promotions, which will be communicated inside the park.  Any upgrades must be done on the same day of your visit, before you leave the park.

Can I use more than one discount at a time?

No, discounts and coupons cannot be combined.

Does everyone receive a second day free?

No, only general admission ($48 and $43) includes the second day free.  If you have any questions as to if your admission includes the second day free, please call us at 229-219-7080.

How do I get a second day free?

General park admission (includes regular, child or senior full price admission) is valid for two days. The second day MUST be used on the next, consecutive operating day ONLY. The holder of the original ticket must keep the ticket and present it on the next operating day to gain admission.

Can I use my second day free for Splash Island?

Splash Island Water Park is included in park admission and the second day free visit.

What is a Season Pass?

Is there a Child/Senior rate for season passes?

No.

I've lost my season pass. Can I get it replaced?

A $15 replacement fee is charged to replace a lost season pass. Stolen season passes are replaced at no charge with a valid police report. In the event you have misplaced your season pass, Guest Services can validate your season pass and allow you entrance for that day.

I didn't use my 2015 Season Pass. Can I apply them to a purchase of this year's Season Passes?

Yes, you can upgrade an unused 2015 Season Pass to a 2016 Season Pass for a fee: $40 for Regular and $60 for Gold.

Do you have a family pass?

No, Wild Adventures does not offer a family pass at this time.

Can I renew my season pass online or without coming to the park?

Season passes can be renewed online or in person.  If you renew online, you'll be prompted to enter your pass number and zip code.  Your current pass is then renewed - no need to make a new pass!

Can someone else use my season pass?

No, season passes are non-transferable. Season passes are subject to revocation if used by anyone other than the person issued the season pass.

Can I send a check or credit card with my child?

No, we only accept credit cards from the person they are issued to. We do ask for photo ID at the time of presentation.  We do not accept personal checks.

Do all parties have to be present to purchase a season pass?

No, the entire party does not have to be present to purchase a season pass. Each person will have to be present when exchanging the vouchers in order to issue a photo ID.

Do state or federal employees receive a discount?

No.

Do you have a twilight admission?

No, Wild Adventures does not offer a twilight admission at this time.  However, Wild Adventures may offer a special admission deal or package during Splash Island Nights in June and July.  Check our Special Offers page during that time for available deals.

Do you accept credit or debit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover with a valid ID. Cards are subject to confirmation authorization of the person presenting it for use. Debit cards are accepted if they are backed by a major credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and with valid photo ID

Do you accept money orders?

Yes, with a valid photo ID. Money orders are only accepted for the exact amount of purchase and for admissions and passes only.

Do you accept personal checks?

No, Wild Adventures does not accept personal checks.

Do you accept travelers checks?

Yes, with valid photo ID.

Do you have a travel agent discount?

Wild Adventures offers group, military, AAA, child and senior discounts, as well as various coupons throughout the year, but we do not offer a travel agent rate.

Do you have gift certificates?

You can purchase admissions or season pass vouchers to give as gifts, but we do not have a park gift certificate.

Do you offer a children's discount?

We offer a child admission ticket for $43.00 plus tax for ages 3-9. This rate includes a second day free. Children 2 and under are free.

Do you offer a handicap discount?

We're sorry but Wild Adventures does not offer a handicap admission rate. Those not able to partake in our rides are invited to enjoy our numerous shows, concerts, animal exhibits and the Safari Train.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, we offer a $5 off adult general admission (which includes second day free) or $10 off adult single-day admission at the gate with a valid military ID. Many bases in our region also sell discounted tickets through their ITT offices.  Click here for more details.

Do you offer AAA discounts?

Discount tickets are available at AAA offices, however, we do not offer AAA discounts at the front gate.

Do you offer an AARP or Senior discount?

We offer a Senior rate of $43.00 plus tax for ages 55 and over. This rate includes a second day free.

Do you offer discounted hotel/park admission packages?

Wild Adventures does not have a hotel property on site, but we do partner with several hotels in the area and some offer special packages for Wild Adventures.  See a full list of our hotel partners and get more details on our Places to Stay page.

If I buy my ticket through AAA or on a military base at a discount, do I still get the second day free?

It depends on the discount ticket you purchase.  If you purchase a discount one-day ticket, it is only good for a single day.  If you purchase the discount general admission, it includes the second day free.  Please inquire at your local AAA or military office before purchasing.

If I use a coupon for discounted admission do I still get a second day free?

In most cases, no because only the full price general admission includes the second day free.  However, if you have any questions as to if your admission includes the second day free, please call us at 229-219-7080.s

What is your sales tax?

Georgia sales tax is 7%.

When the park is closed can I still buy tickets or season passes?

Yes, when the park is closed, our Group Sales Team Members can sell tickets or season passes Monday - Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. They are located at the front of the park in the main courtyard. You may also visit the Buy Tickets section of our website to purchase your admission online.

Concerts

What are reserved seats?

Reserved seating is a section of covered seats directly in front of the stage that are available for concerts at an additional cost above park admission.

What kind of seating do you have for the concerts?

Concerts are included in park admission and you are encouraged to bring lawn chairs to set up and watch the show. Reserved concert seats are available for additional cost to park admission for guests who wish to sit closer.

How much are reserved seats, when do they go on sale and can I buy them online?

Reserved seats typically go on sale starting on the day of the lineup announcement and are available for purchase online, by phone and at the park.  They are $5 for Gold Passholders with advance purchase, $10 for all other guests with advance purchase and $15 the day of if available.  Visit the Concert Reserved Seat page for full details or to buy seats today!

Can I buy concert only tickets to the park?

No, as concerts are included in park admission. The concert venue is located inside the park and we do not offer “concert only” tickets. We encourage our guests to enjoy a full day at the park on concert days.

Are reserved seats refundable?

No.

Are the concerts cancelled if it rains?

All efforts are made to ensure that the show will continue as long as it is safe for our guests and the performers. In the rare event that a show is cancelled, all efforts will be made to reschedule or offer refunds.

Can I exchange my reserved seat for a different seat if I don't like where I'm sitting?

No, we do not allow exchanges. Every attempt is made, at the time of purchase, to provide you with the seat of your choice.

Can I get backstage passes?

Wild Adventures does not sell backstage passes. Guests may win passes through promotions with selected radio, TV or newspapers or occasional park social media giveaways.

Can I purchase season reserved seats?

No, we do not offer season reserved seats. Reserved seats must be purchased for each concert.

Can I take pictures at the concerts?

Still photography is allowed, but professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited.  Video taping is strictly prohibited.

Do I have to pay for the seats when I reserve them?

Yes, payment for seats is required at the time of reservation.

Do reserved seats include park admission?

No, reserved seats do not include park admission. Park admission is an additional cost and must be purchased separately.

Does the season pass include reserved seating?

No, the season pass does not include reserved seating.

How many reserved seats are in the concert venue

We have approximately 2,250 reserved seats under the pavilion.

I am a musician/have a band and I would like to perform at Wild Adventures.

Wild Adventures hosts several special events throughout the season which feature local talent such as La Fiesta, Day of Praise, Take the Stage and Bluegrass and Barbeque.  Check the event calendar throughout the season for dates and full details.

Food and Drink

Can we bring drinks into the park?

We allow 1 sealed bottle of water per person in the park. Water fountains are available around the park. Bottled water may be purchased at vending machines, food locations and most gift shops.
 
No hardsided and/or large coolers are allowed inside the park.

Can we bring our own food into the park?

No outside food or drink may be brought into the park, aside from baby food. Restaurants and concessions are available throughout the park with a variety of food and beverage options. We understand that our guests may have special dietary needs based on health or religion and provide picnic tables in the parking lot area to accommodate those who wish to bring and enjoy their own meals.

No large coolers are allowed inside the park.

Can we bring our own grill?

No, due to liability and fire issues, grills are not allowed.

Can you pay for food with a credit card or check?

All locations accept cash and most of our locations will accept credit cards or debit cards backed by a major credit card (Visa or MasterCard) with a valid photo ID. Checks are not accepted for food purchases.

Do you have a picnic area?

Yes, we have a picnic area in front of the main entrance in a grassy, shaded area of the parking lot. However, it does not have a grill.

Do you have drinking fountains?

Yes, we have drinking fountains in 13 different locations in the park.

Do you have straws?

No. For the safety of our animals we do not provide plastic straws with beverage purchases. However, our souvenir cups come with a sturdy, reusable straw. Refills on current season souvenir cups are 99 cents and refills on all previous season souvenir cups are $1.99.

Do you have vegetarian options at the park?

Several locations throughout the park offer vegetarian food items such as cheese pizza and salads.

Do you serve alcohol?

Alcohol is not served or permitted at Wild Adventures.

What does a typical meal cost?

You can expect to pay between $8-$12 per meal, including your drink.

What if I have a medical condition that keeps me on a certain diet?

Please call Guest Services to make arrangements at (229) 219-7080.

What types of food are offered at Wild Adventures?

Wild Adventures offers a variety of delicious foods for every type of appetite!  Visit our dining and shopping section for information on park food offerings.

General

Can I bring a backpack into the park?

Yes, however we reserve the right to search them prior to coming in the park.

Can I bring my pet into the park?

Only certified service animals are allowed in the park. Kennels are available in the ticket courtyard free of charge.
  • Guests must provide their own food, toys, etc. and check in with Guest Services before using. 
  • Guest services will provide a lock or guests can bring their own. 
  • Guests can check on their pets and/or walk them at any time outside the main entrance and are expected to clean up after them.

Can I leave the park and re-enter the same day without paying again?

Yes, as long as you have your hand stamped at the exit gate prior to exiting.

Do you have a hotel, cabins or condos on site?

No, we do not feature any lodging options on park property but we do partner with several hotels in the area who often offer special admission/lodging packages for Wild Adventures guests.  Please visit our Places to Stay page for more details.

Do you have an ATM?

Yes, there are three locations: Adventure Emporium, the Arcade and Island Traders.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, we have lockers in three locations inside the park and in Splash Island. Lockers inside the park are $1.50 per key turn. Lockers in Splash Island are by the day at the rate of $10 for a small locker, $12 for a large locker and $16 for a family locker.

Do you have strollers?

Yes, we have single strollers for $12 and doubles for $14. Rates are per day and taxable. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at Fun @ Heart at the front of the park.

Do you have wheelchairs and electric scooters?

Yes, we have manual wheelchairs for $10 and electric scooters for $36 or $46 with a sunshade. Rates are per day and taxable. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at Fun @ Heart at the front of the park.

Do you offer any packages for hotel rooms and admission tickets?

Wild Adventures does not have a hotel property on site, but we do partner with several hotels in the area and some offer special packages for Wild Adventures.  See a full list of our hotel partners and get more details on our Places to Stay page.

Do you offer rain checks for bad weather days?

We do offer rain checks contingent upon weather for the remainder of the day.  This is evaluated on a case to case basis.  Also, we do have a second day free with most types of daily admissions. Second day free is not available with complimentary or school group tickets.  See Guest Services if you wish to inquire about a rain check.

How do I dress for water rides?

Normal street attire and bathings suits are OK for general park water rides as long as you have on shoes- you will get wet.  However, bathing suits must be covered when walking to and from general park water rides.  Proper bathing suits must be worn to enjoy Splash Island attractions.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. There are dress codes for both Wild Adventures and Splash Island. They can be viewed on our Park Policy page.

What happens when it rains?

Depending on the severity of the weather, rides will be shut down accordingly and reopened as soon as safely possible. Rain shelter can be found inside our restaurants and shops and under our picnic tents.

Groups

Can our group bring a picnic inside the park?

No, outside food is not allowed in the park. However, we have a picnic area available for use in the parking lot. However, no open fires or grilling are allowed.

Can you do catering?

Yes. Wild Adventures has several catering options within the park for special group functions. Please call Group Sales at (229) 219-7144 for more information.

Do groups have to pay for parking?

Cars, vans or trucks must pay for parking. School and charter buses with 30 or more seats are free.

Do you have group meal rates?

Yes, we have meal money available for groups of 15 or more. These can be purchased in conjunction with group rate tickets, but they must be reserved 5 days in advance.

Do you host special group functions?

Yes, please call Group Sales at (229) 219-7144 for more information.

Do you offer birthday party packages?

Wild Adventures does not offer birthday packages at this time.

Do you offer group rates?

Visit our Groups page for special rates for general groups, school groups and reservation information.

Does the group rate include a second day free?

It depends which ticket you purchase whether your ticket is valid for a single day or two.  Check our GROUP RATES page for pricing and more information.

What is the minimum number to receive the group rate?

You must have at least 15 paid admissions to receive the group rate.

What type of payment do you accept for group tickets?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and organizational checks. No personal checks are accepted. Payment must be in one transaction for all the tickets; multiple individual payments are limited as we can make up to 3 split payments.

Parking

Can I park a semi-truck in your lot?

Yes. You can park the truck, but on busy days we may not have room for the trailer.

Do we have to pay for parking, if so how much?

Yes, parking is $10 per car, truck, or van and $12 per RV. Purchase a 2016 Gold Season Pass and parking is free.

Do you have bus parking?

Yes. Parking is free for charter buses and school buses with 30 or more seats.

Do you have RV hook-ups?

No, Wild Adventures does not have RV hook-ups.

Do you have yearly parking passes?

Wild Adventures does not offer yearly parking passes. However, parking is FREE with a Gold Season Pass.

If I leave and return on the same day, do I have to pay for parking again?

No, as long as you have your receipt from the same day.

Is there a second day free on parking?

No, second day free is only on admission.
