Wild Adventures Announces New Year’s Fireworks Spectacular

Valdosta, GA – 2017 will end with a bang at Wild Adventures Theme Park in Valdosta, Ga. with a New Year’s Eve Fireworks Spectacular, featuring delicious food, a dance party and the biggest New Year’s fireworks display in the South.

“With a season full of amazing concerts and the Ohana Bay expansion of our waterpark, we’ve had a year worth celebrating at Wild Adventures. Now, with MEGABUGS! Adventure Encounters coming next season, we have even more to look forward to in 2018,” said Adam Floyd, public relations manager.

Festivities begin at noon on Dec. 31 when the park opens for the final day of Wild Adventures Christmas.

An All-You-Can-Eat Buffet will be served throughout the day, featuring pot roast and smoked chicken. The festive favorites exclusive to 12 Foods of Christmas will also be available, including candied bacon and s’mores.

Guests are invited to set up their own chairs around the lake prior to dusk for the best viewing area. VIP Seating reservations will be available at a first-come, first-serve basis for additional purchase of $5.

The dance party begins at 6 p.m. to help guests groove into the new year.

The fireworks display, complete with an upbeat musical soundtrack, will begin at the family-friendly time of 7 p.m.
