Description: Exceed guest’s expectation by efficiently preparing, taking, checking and distributing each guest’s order in a manner consistent with our company values using the knowledge of techniques and equipment for preparing food products for consumption, including storage/handling techniques.
Essential Job Functions
- Efficient taking and entering of guest orders.
- Accurate and efficient cash handling.
- Re-stocking condiment stands and counter supplies as required.
- Practice of proper sanitation techniques including wearing mandated sanitation items such as gloves and hair nets.
- Protect company assets: money, merchandise, equipment. Maintain accurate records and loss prevention procedures.
- Maintain full stock levels and exciting displays in all stores/locations
- Utilize salesmanship through taught sales techniques (i.e. suggestive selling.)
- Report any shoplifting : counterfeit bills, or any other activities that may be detrimental to the park
- Correct any safety violations and/or potential hazards and communicate it to your direct report.
- Assist with weekly inventories.
- Maintain the highest level of guest service and satisfaction, while utilizing a team spirit to achieve Wild Adventures sales standards.
- Observation and practice of proper protocols for heating and cooling all cooked product.
- Preparation of all food items in an assigned location to trained specifications in order to ensure a consistent product is served to our guests.
- Understanding and operating of the park’s point of sale register system.
- Operation of a variety of kitchen equipment including fryers, broilers, choppers & slicers.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station at all times.
- Report all equipment issues and needs to lead(s) or supervisor in a timely manner.
- Effective communication with assigned lead(s) on all issues at all times.
- Observation of all company and department policies as outlined in Cast Member Manuals and updated in memos.
- Participation in all mandated training programs.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Applicant must have some High School Education
- Must be over 16 years of age.
- Serv – Safe Certification & Food Service Experience – preferred.
- Georgia Work Ready Required.
